TLM Group provided owner representative and project management services to Audible, Inc. For the design of its new office facility, TLM saved Audible nearly $300,000. The renovation included a suite of new sound recording studios, new cabling and telecom infrastructure, two full-service pantries and a cafeteria, custom designed furniture and a brand new staircase.
