ACTAPIO, Inc. is a U.S. subsidiary of Yahoo! Japan.  The site was a first “build to suit” data center outside of Japan.  It is a 100,000+ square foot facility in Washington state which features 1600 racks and has reduced electrical utility costs that will be approximately one-sixth of the cost as compared to that in Japan.

TLM performed full Due Diligence Services for the development of the Actapio Data Center. The original site location ( Industrial Way ) was NOT selected due to issues uncovered with soil conditions during the Due Diligence.

Grant Road site was selected based on TLM recommendations following a successful Due Diligence effort. Full Phase I Environmental Study, Geotech, ALTA Survey, Cultural Evaluation, Utility Assessments, etc.
